How to reach the Support Team?

We are pleased to announce some exciting changes. Over the past few months, we have been looking at ways to improve the services to you. One way we have improved our services was to launch a new ticketing system.

From now on, all current and new clients must sign up for an account within the Customer Portal using the same email they use for their Common Controls Hub account.

After you have registered, go directly to the Customer Portal, and submit a ticket to our support team.
