Contact Support
What if I don’t want my subscription to automatically renew?
All active subscriptions automatically renew when they are about to expire.
Don’t worry though—we won’t charge your credit card without plenty of notice! You will get notifications 60 days, 30 days, and 14 days before your subscription automatically renews. Each of these reminder emails contains a link that will let you cancel the automatic renewal.
If at any point during that process you need additional documentation (such as an invoice), please contact our sales team; they will be happy to help!
Otherwise, you can suspend your subscription, which will give you access to the CCH through the end of your current subscription, and an automatic renewal will not happen.
