| Citation Reference | Citation Reference is Incorrect | You disagree with the Citation Reference format or the Citation Reference does not match the Citation Guidance. |
| Citation | Citation is missing | You think a citation from the AD is not present that should be. |
| Citation is extraneous | You think the Citation itself or the additional guidance is not relevant to the AD. | |
| Citation hierarchy placement is incorrect | You think the Citation is out of order of the AD sequence. | |
| Citation Tagging | Primary Tags are incorrect | You disagree with Primary Noun(s) and Primary Verb(s) tagged for the mandate. |
| Dependent Tags are incorrect | You disagree with the Secondary Noun(s) and Secondary Verb(s) tagged for the mandate. | |
| Mandate is incorrect | You disagree with the tagged mandate in the citation. | |
