Tracking - How do I complete a Common Control?
We've made some changes to the Common Controls assignment to help streamline your processes.
Now you no longer have to assign a Role. All you need to do to complete a Common Control is click a checkbox! The CCH automatically tracks the user who completes the Common Control!
Completing a Control
1. From your Dashboard, click the Workspace tab.
2. Click the Tracking tab.
3. Select the Authority Document list that contains the Common Controls you wish to complete.
4. Check the box next to the Common Control you want to complete. The date will automatically be set to the current date.
