Please tag the definition.
This step works exactly like the citation tagging step.
If you tag a term that is not in Compliance Dictionary you have the option of adding that term in a new term task, however unless that term is used in the Authority Document you are mapping you do not need to add a new term.
Instead break down the term into smaller units that exist in compliance dictionary.
For example, if the definition you are adding contains the phrase organizational system requirements and it does not exist in Compliance Dictionary, break the term into 2 parts: organizational and system requirements.
