Look at the cover and the copyright notice for the Authority Document you are examining. You must now enter the official, published name of the Authority Document as you find it there. The capitalization you use might not be consistent with what you see in the document.
Rules
1. Look at the cover and the copyright notice for the Authority Document you are examining.
2. Write the originating body, country, state, etc. first.
3. Include the title of the chapter, section, etc.
4. Capitalize the first letter of every word except articles: a, an, the; coordinating conjunctions: and, but, or, for, nor, etc.; and prepositions (fewer than five letters): on, at, to, from, by, etc.
