Tracking - How do I complete a Common Control?
We've made some changes to the Common Controls assignment to help streamline your processes.
Now you no longer have to assign a Role. All you need to do to complete a Common Control is click a checkbox! The CCH automatically tracks the user who completes the Common Control!
Completing a Control
1. From your Dashboard, click the Workspace tab.
2. Click the Tracking tab.![]()
3. Select the Authority Document list that contains the Common Controls you wish to complete.![]()
4. Check the box next to the Common Control you want to complete. The date will automatically be set to the current date.![]()
