How do I suspend my subscription?

Note: Only the account admin can suspend your subscription. Additionally, if you have purchased from a reseller, you are not able to suspend your subscription. Please contact the reseller if you want to suspend your subscription.

To suspend your subscription:

1. From your Dashboard, click the Settings tab.
   
   
   
2. In Account Details, click the View Details button in the Subscription table.
   
3. Click the Edit Subscription button.
   
   
   
4. Click the Deselect All link.
   
   
   
5. Click Yes to confirm.
   
6. A notification box will pop-up confirming your product removal.
   
   An e-mail confirming your subscription cancellation will be sent to your e-mail address.
