How do I remove a product from my client's subscription in the Partner Portal?
Prerequisites:
- A Common Controls Hub account
- A Partner Portal account
- A Client/Customer with an active subscription
- Login into Reseller Portal.
- Click the CUSTOMER tab (if you are not already there).
- Click the EDIT SUBSCRIPTION button.
- Unselect the checkbox of the product you wish to remove in the "Manage Subscription" section.
- Click the UPDATE button.
