How can I change a User’s Role

Only an account Owner or Admin can edit user roles.

  1. Log into ControlSight

  2. Go to https://uccontrolsight.com and sign in.

  3. Navigate to Team Settings

    1. From your username menu, go to:

    2. Account Settings → Team

    3. You'll see a list of all current users on the account.

  4. Click the current role next to the user you want to update.

  5. Select a New Role

    • Use the Dropdown to choose a new role (Admin, Editor, Viewer, etc.)
