Determine if the Authority Document requires membership of some kind or whether it can be purchased directly.

If this is a membership page, the Issuer of the Authority Document in question must be contacted directly. You will have to get in writing from the UCF Mapper Lead Administrator that Network Frontiers has the authority and right to add this Authority Document into the UCF.
