How do I remove a product from my client's subscription in the Reseller Portal?

Prerequisites:

  • A Common Controls Hub account
  • A Reseller Portal account
  • A Client/Customer with an active subscription

 

  1. Login into Reseller Portal.

  2. Click the CUSTOMER tab (if you are not already there).

  3. Click the EDIT SUBSCRIPTION button.

  4. Unselect the checkbox of the product you wish to remove in the "Manage Subscription" section.
