      Does the Authority Document seem relevant to the UCF?

      This one will take more time than the rest of the questions. READ THE DOCUMENT.

      You don't have to read the whole document. You can use the Evelyn Wood Speed Reading method of skimming it, but you do have to read enough to get a sense of the document in order to answer this question.

      If the document does not seem relevant to the UCF, you are certifying that it doesn't fit into the domain categories of the subject matter in the list maintained by the UCF team. Remember that this list is ever-growing!
